(THIS IS JUST A TEST) Professional women’s hockey is coming to Detroit. For one game at least.

The Professional Women’s Hockey League (PWHL) announced this week that it will hold a “Takeover Weekend” March 16-17 in which it will play games at NHL venues in Detroit, Pittsburgh and Minnesota.

The event, held in partnership with the Detroit Red Wings, will feature PWHL Ottawa against PWHL Boston at Little Caesars Arena at 6 p.m. on Saturday, March 16.

PWHL Toronto and PWHL Montréal to play at PPG Paints Arena in Pittsburgh at 12:30 p.m. on Sunday, March 17.

PWHL New York and PWHL Minnesota will also play at Xcel Energy Center, home of the Minnesota Wild, at 3:30 p.m. on Saturday, March 16.

“Bringing these games to three outstanding venues during Women’s History Month will create an unforgettable highlight of this inaugural PWHL season,” said Jayna Hefford, PWHL Senior Vice President of Hockey Operations. “For fans attending these games and players who are competing on the ice, this will be a great celebration of the advancement and opportunity for women and hockey everywhere.”
